 Here are some more details about our shipping and returns process:

  1. $15 CAD flat rate shipping to Canada
  2. $20 CAD flat rate shipping to the United States
  3. All shipments are shipped via Canada Post/USPS.
  4. All shipments are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. Make sure you leave an active email at checkout to receive these updates! If you have not received an update email, check your spam folder!
  5. Orders are processed and shipped within 10 - 14 business days after purchase.
  6. Shipping times to Canadian addresses usually take 3-7 business days depending on where you are located. 
  7. Shipping times to US addresses usually take 14 business days. 

How do returns work?

Glad you asked! First, we want to say that your satisfaction means the absolute world to us. We want you to love your GooseBump Woodarts piece. If you don't, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll guide you through the return process, your original form of payment will be refunded in full.
